Photographers grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce (including making a copy onto your computer’s hard drive) and use the photgraphic images on this website and any authorized derivatives of copies thereof (collectively referred as “Images”) solely for evaluation purposes,

to test or sample the Images, including using the Images in composition, rough or draft layouts, or for demonstration to clients in a non-commercial manner.

Rates and rights for uses other than those described above must be negotiated before use. All photographs and rights not expressly granted in writing remain the exclusive property of the photographers and are limited to a one-time use.

You may not sub-license, re-license, rent or lease any of the Images, copy or publish any of the Images to a network or bulletin board, or otherwise distribute or allow any of the Images to be distributed or used by anyone other than the authorized licensees without prior written consent from the photographer.

• Use the Images in the Licensee's personal, professional, internal, editorial and client projects including printed materials, Publications (electronic or print), advertisements, Packaging (CDs, videos, cassettes, etc), presentations, Trade show displays, products posters & exhibits, websites or multimedia projects, educational purposes or Layout design;

• Use the Images in a for-sale product of any quantity, providing the finished product(s) is designed for viewing purposes only and is not designed or intended for re-use in any on-line distribution system (including the Licensee's web page) at a resolution greater than 640x480 pixels (72dpi);

• Incorporate an image in products offered for sale where the image is a significant part of the product (such as T-shirts, book covers, non-disposable packaging, coffee mugs, posters, greeting cards, etc.). You will not need to purchase any additional resale illustration license to incorporate an image into these types of products.

Make a single copy of the Images for backup purposes.

The Private Licensee is permitted to:

• Use the Images in the Licensee's personal, products posters & prints, websites or educational purposes.

You may not sub-license, re-license, rent or lease any of the Images, copy or publish any of the Images to a network or bulletin board, or otherwise distribute or allow any of the Images to be distributed or used by anyone other than the authorized licensees without prior written consent from Netfalls.com
